CIC Enterprise Management Consultants was established in 2019 in Pune, India.

The company was founded by Robert W. Elliott (Director) following a long-standing international career in the automotive industry, including senior management roles across multiple countries. Today, CIC provides technical project support, program management, and personnel training services to a diverse customer base, primarily Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers serving major OEMs.

The focus is on practical, hands-on support in product design and development, as well as structured project management. Services are aimed at ensuring effective project execution, supporting a “First Time Right” approach, and contributing to measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and engineering team capability.
